Refund policy

We have a strong NO return policy, which means under any and all circumstances we are not obligated to fulfill return requests.

This is primarily due to the nature of our products and our attempt to prevent malicious activity (scamming, fraud, botting, etc.) from negatively impacting the production of future products and the experience of our customers. Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. All sales are final. No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges. In specific circumstances, exceptions could be made after verification and evaluation.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Exceptions
After reaching out, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s) and proof of purchase, and let you know if we can continue with the case. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
